PROJECT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Project Performance Management System (PPMS) is designed to manage the performance of MA students in BATS who are completing posters and projects as a part of their thesis requirements. Continuous quality improvement is conducted by collecting data on timeliness, quality of supervision, and social validity.  Two projects are of particular focus to PPMS: the autism poster (presented at ABAI Autism conferences) and the Organization Behavior Management Project.
