The Mission of the Support Coordinator Supervisory System

The Support Coordinator System will train and manage 2^nd year support coordinators to fulfill all duties listed by their BCBA supervisors, classroom teachers at WoodsEdge, and Dr. Malott. This system was created to help supervise and support the Support Coordinators at WoodsEdge Learning Center. We train future Support Coordinators on important responsibilities such as: updating the red dot database and tracking sheets as well as support coordinator/supervisor training (shadowing). By training and supervising the support coordinators we aim to provide a consistent and overall educational experience for all 2^nd year support coordinators who are preparing to graduate and take the BCBA exam. As a supervisory system for Support Coordinators the system managers monitor book checks, behavior profiles, mastered procedures, updates to the red dot database and shadowing.
